support to attorneys and their clients. Working closely with attorneys
from both sides of the bar, EMLA, Inc. has developed a reputation
for objectivity, credibility, and professionalism. Dr. Bentley personally
reviews each case brought to EMLA, Inc., and then works with a team
of hand-selected physicians to facilitate full strategic planning.
Every physician utilized by EMLA, Inc., is a Board Certified, full-time
practicing specialist --- not a “hired expert.” Operating
in this manner, Dr. Bentley has amassed a nationwide network of
over 200 specialists from all fields of medicine and surgery. Working
together, Dr. Bentley and his colleagues at EMLA, Inc., strive to
provide the highest level of service to both plaintiff and defense

Expert witnesses are required by both the
Plaintiff and the Defense, and offer their testimony in pre-trial
reports, depositions, and in court.
There are many laws that govern expert witness testimony,
though a general guideline is that a medical expert should
be board certified in their specialty and hold an active medical
license in good standing.
EMLA, Inc. only retains exceptionally qualified physicians.
